Calling out Mercedes, BMW, VW, Ford, and other climatofuckologists

Winner! 🥇 I wanted to create the two descriptive memes above and a bit below for ages. Got to it at last. Let me point an angry finger - and you get to choose if it should be the middle one - at the fat cats in the room.

Today, planet Earth is busy dying. Stop denying it. From just 1970 to 2012, a whopping one million fauna and flora species went extinct as a direct result of humans destroying their habitat. Today, in every single country, many species have 3% or less of their habitat of a century ago left.

Yet humans keep on breeding, overpopulating the planet even more, chopping down more trees and building more houses. Some animals I myself have seen in person as a child, went extinct since. They're just not there anymore. I will never again get to see them except on photos. And so do you.

But humans breeding us all out of living space is not the only reason why plants and animals are busy going extinct at an alarming rate.

When one looks at the incredible remuneration and bonuses that directors of Mercedes-Benz AG, Audi, VW, Ford, Toyota, Nissan, and every other traditional car manufacturer 'earned' for decades, the tremendous profits those companies made, it's a no-brainer that they could have built electrical vehicles much sooner.

We know, for decades now, that vehicle emissions are one of the 5 major contributors of earth warming. Those directors knew it too. Yet little to nothing was spent on EV research.

Along came a nerdy ex-South African with a vision as big as that of the genius Nicola Tesla of a century earlier, and he launched an electrical-only vehicle manufacturer in one of the toughest industries there are. But only after becoming a threat to traditional car manufacturers did they jump on the electrical bus as well. Out of a sea of petrolheads, Elon Musk was the one to say fuck it, let's do the right thing.

Those car companies did not join hands with him in his noble efforts to tackle a threat to our very existence and to save our planet and animals. Oh no, they cheered on while his small company hovered on the brink of bankruptcy for years as Musk risked everything to gain a foothold in the murderous automotive industry.

Their greed to get car buyers to keep on spending fortunes on after-sales services overruled their sense of morality. Instead of admiring and protecting earth's beautiful nature, they willingly destroyed it as big machines tore open the earth for their shares in oil companies to go up.

With the exception of Toyota and Chevrolet that did give cleaner energies a go, the others traditional car manufacturers deserve utter contempt. They need to be ridiculed, trolled, and held accountable.

Since when does a car has to have a fossil fuel engine to be attractive? Are you telling me you don't want to be seen in the red Tesla below?

Any and every car drives great (except the Mazda 323; Mazda still owes the idiots buying that crap a refund), regardless of what powers it. So why have a fossil fuel-powered engine that utilizes but 35% (or is it really just 10 percent as someone said?) of the energy it generates, when an electrical motor utilizes 90 percent, have vastly lower running costs, and makes driving so much safer?

Traditional car companies knew all this decades ago already. But they also knew that electrical vehicle owners cannot be milked for expensive oil changes, fan belt replacements, adjustments to carburetors, and a gazillion other wallet-sapping expenses. So screw going down the right road, right.

You the reader may not agree with me today, but mark my words, before 2030 you will. Climate change is busy happening exponentially, and as a result the habitats of entire species have been wiped out in just years. And it's getting worse, increasingly. You'll see it yourself when a storm like you've never had in your hood before takes off your roof.

The ice caps that kept earth at a certain temperature for centuries are busy melting, directly as a result of human industrialization, and the more they melt the warmer earth gets. And the warmer earth gets, the faster the ice caps continue to melt. Think about it. The French Alps, and Mount Everest, and other iconic mountain ranges are becoming ice-free in front of our eyes, permanently.

According to the latest scientific reports tabled at the United Nations, even if every country on earth goes carbon-neutral overnight now, the rise in temperatures cannot be stopped anymore. It's already too hot. We are now at the point where we need to take carbon out of the environment and get it back under the ground. That while all countries are still pumping in more heat and gasses into the air, than their efforts to curb it.

While Google and a number of other big companies are carbon-neutral for some years now, the automotive industry isn't doing its part, and plain simple greed to still milk every penny out of car owners is the blinding factor.

While Elon Musk expanded his empire from building cars to also build solar panels and solar tiles for roofs and more, Mercedes and others keep on spending their ill-gotten gains on billion-dollar research to build more powerful fossil fuel engines. How immoral are those Krauts? At least the Swedish Volvo chose the right route a year or five ago, by announcing they'll soon be ditching those engines in favor of electric vehicles.

It's time we take on the scapegoats and make them pay. Don't let their flashy fancy cars fool you, electrical vehicles can look and perform any time just as well and better. We have viable, valid, great alternatives to petrol and diesel engines, and we are running out of time. It's a no-brainer. We need to switch to green energies everywhere, and we need to do it now.
