Many Republicans, being the religious nutcases wishing for the end of the world they are, are actively stocking up and preparing for civil war. That Trump refused to make clear he'll accept the election outcome is only adding fuel to their fire.
I have seen military preparations to an alarming extent in every prepping group - and they're all mainly Republican - I belong to. (I also belongs to left-wing, and neutral groups; curious fucker that I am.)
It seems there's a notion among the braindead (Republicans) that the coming US elections are not Red versus Blue, but Christians against atheists (heathens, as the zombie on the screenshot that I then meme'd call atheists.) And we know religious people are scared out of their confuckulated little minds of atheists.

An actual threat in a prepping group, one of many in the comments section. I added the bold askewed, sarcastic text. |
I am convinced there will be at least several shooting incidents in the US after the election by trigger-happy charged-up godsnotters, if not massive riots by those IQ-challenged bearded hillbillies. It will weaken the US internally and divide it even further, allowing for Russia and Turkey to fill the power vacuum with regards to the civil war developing in Armenia, as proxy.
Meanwhile China will certainly grab the golden opportunity to extend its influence over the South Chinese sea in 2021, and possibly invade Taiwan by force as it threatened several times this year. North Korea undoubtedly will do its bit - as we've seen with every American election - to sow further discourse and fire more test missiles in the direction of Japan, that's also beefing up its defense and attack capabilities.
In the past week Iran and Venezuela formed an economic pact - and likely a clandestine military one as well - to undermine American influence in the latter's backyard. It is yet another threat the US will have to confront sooner than later, with enemies from at least two fronts. The Iranians haven't forgiven the US for their slain general Suleimani yet, and Venezuela are pretty fed-up with the US infringing on its right to international trade as well.
These unstable and/or dictatorial countries will not easily give up their new power of influence on the world stage that opened up in the absence of the leader of the free world.
For example, Trump's withdrawal from the World Health Organization was promptly filled by China, with the latter immediately transferring the crownly (yeah, like the crown on the China Virus) sum of 4 billion dollars to the WHO to make up for the US contribution of 400 million that dried up. Once such a vacuum is created and gets filled, the world rearranges itself, and not always for the better.
While 2020 was bad for most people, 2021 may get us to long back to this year. We are now as close to a major, all-out world war as it gets, at the metaphorical one minute before twelve. We all want to believe that it won't go that far, that we will collectively avoid a third devastating world war that will include thousands of nuclear weapons this time. But we have learned from history than man does not learn from history. The immense horrors of the last world war 75 years ago had faded away in our memory, and we long for the action and excitement of an upheaval of the current status quo. We are fed-up with each other, we are fed-up with talking and fighting with just words on social media. We want each other's blood.
And what is at the core of all the conflicts here? Beliefs. Beliefs founded on hot air, emotions like superstition and fear, and shaky to no evidence to back up any of it. It runs like a turd-smelling sewerage pipe with Jesus crosses graffiti'd on it through Earth's clogged up veins of tolerance.
